May 20, 2016 – Rolla, MO – Brewer Science is pleased to continue its tradition of supporting the arts by bringing three of the world’s finest chamber musicians all the way from Berlin, Germany, to the wine cellar of Peaceful Bend Vineyard, located in Steelville, Missouri. The Jacques Thibaud String Trio—Hannah Strijbos, Burkhard Maiss, and Bogdan Jianu—are once again gracing the community with a night of beautiful music not to be missed. The concert is scheduled for 8:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2016, and will feature the music of twentieth-century composers.
The Trio’s latest album, Beethoven: Complete String Trios, released in June 2015, was nominated for the International Classical Music Award 2016. Currently, the Trio is producing a new album set for a mid-2017 release date. The Jacques Thibaud String Trio has an active schedule that includes performances throughout the U.S. and internationally at universities, museums, festivals, and concert halls.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6:30 pm and the concert will begin at 8:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, at Peaceful Bend Vineyard, 1942 Highway T in Steelville, Missouri.
